A KLM flight turned around after a power bank caught fire, and it belonged to the airline’s ex-CEO
The power bank belonged to Camiel Eurlings, the former chief executive of KLM. The fire started nearly six hours into the flight, while the aircraft was over the Atlantic Ocean. The device left marks on Eurlings’ business-class seat and the window blind beside it.
