Sony PS5 sales hit 77 million units, almost on par with PS4’s at same point
In its latest earnings report, Sony said that the PS5 has now sold 77.8 million units since it launched in November 2020. That’s just 1.2 million units fewer than the PS4 had managed four-and-a-half years after it was released in November 2013.
